BURWELL MUSEUM OF FEN EDGE VILLAGE LIFE, BURWELL, CAMBRIDGESHIRE, ENGLAND

MEDIA

The museum has featured in several magazines and local newspapers, also local radio and regional tv.

BBC Radio Cambridgeshire broadcast an entire show live one Sunday.

BBC Look East included us in a 'places to visit' series.

Anglia TV broadcasted live from the museum for Anglia News (unfortunately only a few minutes went out live as their satellite transmitter broke down - luckily they had plenty of pre-recorded Burwell items to use back at the studio!). Anglia TV came back a few months later and recorded a 'places to visit' feature. (See video below.)

If you would like to feature the museum (including the windmill) in your magazine/newspaper article or would like to do any radio/tv/film recording (or even live broadcast) you would be most welcome. We may also be able to lend you some items we have on display or in storage for you to use away from the museum site. There is vehicle access on to the museum site. We can accommodate quite large vehicles on the site if required - we have had steam traction engines and a 50 seater vintage bus visit us on various occasions! Alternatively, vehicles can be parked in the street near the main entrance. Please contact us to discuss your requirements - see "Contacts" page for details or use the "Enquiry Form" on the left.
